Summer Leaps & Turns CL

Leaps and Turns is a technique class designed to improve the overall ability of the student in all forms of dance. Students will work to increase extension, flexibility, turns with more precision and mastering various types of leaps. Leaps and Turns is a skill building class that assist students with more refined form and technical perspective.

Summer Stretch/Conditioning CL

Developed to improve flexibility and strength in dancers. Flexibility is essential for all dancers but, it is important that dancers develop the strength to manage this flexibility to prevent injuries. The combination for strength and stretch in this class will help prepare the dancer's body for the demands of their technical classes.

Tumbling 1/2 CL (previously beginning tumbling)

Is your Dancer eager to start tumbling? In this class, your dancer will build strength, balance, awareness and most importantly confidence! Dancers will start class with a fun warm-up and stretch that will have them ready to learn new skills. Dancers will begin to learn crab walks, bear crawls, table bridges, bridges, a variety of forward rolls, cartwheels, and handstands! Dancers will work on headstand and handstand variations, forward roll variations, cartwheel variations, bridges, back-bends, back-bend kick overs, etc!

Tumbling 3/4 CL (previously intermediate tumbling)

Upon entering this class, dancers and/or tumblers should have the fundamental elements learned in Tumbling 1/2. Dancers will begin adding on to these core elements. They will learn back walkovers, back limbers, front limbers, front walkovers, round-offs, etc! They will begin working drills for one-handed front walkovers, side aerials, back handsprings, front handsprings, round-off back handsprings, etc.

Tumbling 5/6 CL (previously advanced tumbling)

In this class, dancers should have skills learned in Tumbling 3/4 with correct form and consistency. Dancers will begin to add front aerials, side aerial variations, multiple back handsprings and back handspring variations. Dancers will start drills for back tucks, front tucks, and layout step outs. Dancers will continue the progress of back tucks- working standing and back handsprings into back tucks. They will work to maintain their current skills, add variations of each element, become diverse with both sides on certain skills, and create combinations of each tumbling element!
